In the narrow bylanes of Lucknow lived a young girl named Divyanshi, whose eyes dreamed of classrooms, blackboards, and books. But dreams are often fragile in homes where even two square meals are uncertain.
Born into a family struggling to make ends meet, Divyanshi’s desire to study often clashed with the harsh truth of survival. Her innocent questions like “Mumma, kya main school ja sakti hoon?” were met with silent tears and helpless eyes.
But destiny had something else planned.
The Let’s Give Hope Foundation came across this brave little heart — full of dreams but bound by limitations. And we made her a promise:
“You will study. You will grow. And we will walk with you.”
In 2024, we enrolled her in Bright Future Academy in Class 6 — not just paying her school fees, but also providing her with everything she needed to feel like any other child in that classroom:

We didn’t stop there. To ensure she doesn’t fall behind and grows holistically, we arranged for her to attend free tuitions at our Saksham Skill Centre — a place where she learns, laughs, and slowly blooms into a confident young girl.
And today, as a new academic year begins, we are proud to say that we are supporting her once again — because her journey is far from over. And because her dream is now ours too.
Divyanshi is more than just a child we support. She is the beating heart of what Let’s Give Hope stands for. She is the reason we do what we do.

My name is Hemlata. I live in Vidhwan Khand, Gali No. 2, Chhota Bharwara, Gomti Nagar. I completed my post-graduation in Sociology from Shree Durga Shiksha Niketan Mahavidyalaya in 2023.
I had only heard about computers before; I had never studied or used one. I wanted to learn computers, but due to my lack of knowledge and not knowing English, I felt hesitant. Then, I learned from my college that Saksham Skill Center offers training in computers, sewing, and mehndi. I immediately visited the center and enrolled in a six-month basic computer course.
At first, I was very scared to learn computers, but all the teachers at Saksham Skill Center, especially Akhil Sir, motivated me and boosted my confidence. During these six months, I learned Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - from basic to advanced), email usage, and many other important topics. Currently, I am learning English typing and applying for jobs in private companies.
I am also grateful to Ashish Maurya Sir, the founder of Saksham Skill Center, who established such a wonderful institution in our area, where sewing, mehndi, and computer skills are taught at a very minimal fee. Just as I have gained excellent training here, I encourage all of you to join this center and enhance your skills.

My name is Pradeep Kumar. I live near Daily Bazaar, Viraj Khand - 2, Bada Bharwara, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. I completed my 12th grade in 2023 from Rajkiya Inter College, Raja Fatehpur, Amethi.
Due to financial difficulties at home, I moved to Lucknow and applied for jobs at various places. However, everywhere I went, I was asked if I had completed a computer course. When I said 'no,' they told me that getting a job without computer skills would be difficult.
Because of this, I was feeling quite frustrated at home. One day, some brothers and sisters visited my house and informed me that they were doing an internship at Let's Give Hope Foundation. They also told me that Let's Give Hope Foundation had established Saksham Skill Center in my area, where computer, sewing, and mehndi courses were taught for just Rs. 100 per month.
I asked them about the computer course and the center and gathered all the necessary information. The very next day, I visited the center and met Akhil Sir to learn more about the computer course. In June 2024, I enrolled in the course.
My Journey in the Course: When I joined the computer course, I did not even know how to turn on a computer. However, within a month, I became familiar with it. By the end of six months, under the guidance of Akhil Sir, I learned several important computer skills, such as: ✔ Turning the computer on and off
✔ Creating files and folders
✔ Typing in Hindi and English
✔ Using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
After completing the course, I started learning English typing.
Journey to Getting a Job: In February 2025, Akhil Sir informed me about a job vacancy at McDonald's and helped me prepare for the interview. During my computer basics course, I had created my own CV, which I took with me for the interview. I am happy to share that I got selected, and my joining will be after Holi.
My job starts at 6 PM, so I will continue learning English typing at the center in the afternoon and work at McDonald's in the evening.

In a heartwarming initiative, Let's Give Hope Foundation orchestrated a campaign that distributed free eyeglasses to children in need. This endeavor aimed to empower young lives with clear vision, addressing the challenges faced by underprivileged children who lacked access to proper eyewear. Through partnerships with optometrists, volunteers, and donors, the foundation's campaign reached schools, communities, and rural areas, leaving a trail of transformed lives.
Among the beneficiaries was Sunny, a 12-year-old , a student of government primary school Narahi, whose blurry vision hindered his potential. Identified during the campaign, Sunny received his first pair of glasses from Let's Give Hope Foundation. He said "I used to squint and struggle to read, but these glasses opened a door to knowledge , thank you lets give hope foundation for helping me see the world clearly" With newfound clarity, Sunny academic performance soared as he actively engaged in class and pursued his dreams. His story became a testament to the impact of compassion and collective action, igniting hope in the hearts of many.

The Jakson group along with Let's give hope foundation coordinated a much needed program about “self defense”. A self defense workshop was held as a part of our saksham program at various places in UP like Lucknow and Sitapur with the aim of empowering the girls of our nation,instilling a sense of bravery in them, and boosting their mental fortitude.
Due to the rise in female violence, girls in India encounter numerous difficulties in their daily lives. Reports have shown several forms of violence against women including domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence.Learning self defense is a key remedy for this. Empowering these girls to feel more confident in their bodies, communication,relationships and opinions will be advantageous to them and will hopefully reduce violence against them.
To make a difference in this society , The Jakson group organized a self-defense course in conjunction with the Let's Give Hope organization. Around 3000 girls participated in this training program and have reported a boost in their confidence.Professional instructors explained the intricacies of blocking, punching, and kicking methods while mentioning real-world scenarios.These techniques help in defense during the times of crisis and give a sense of safety. Many girls want to learn self defense but they are unable to do so. This was overcomed by this workshop.As a result, the female students were inspired and encouraged to fight against the brutality! It not only makes them aware of their surroundings it also helps them make decisions and understand personal boundaries. This training has impacted society as a whole - it helped change people’s thoughts ,mindset and make them more aware.It empowers individuals and helps in reducing victims. It challenges societal norms related to gender.Moreover it results in increased safety and bonding of a community.
Many prominent authorities attended this event. The event was successful with the help of Jakson group as their team has always been keen to work on women's empowerment as a part of their corporate social responsibility.
